Affordable Learning with Government Grants
Indus Preschool is proud to share that we receive a valuable government grant for each enrolled child, automatically reducing the monthly fee by $75 per child per month. This ensures that quality early education is not just enriching but also affordable for every family.
Current Fees (2024-2025):
$65 one-time non-refundable registration fee*
$50 One-time BVAS annual family membership**
2 Day Program: $125/month - $75/month subsidy = $50/month
3 Day Program: $175/month - $75/month subsidy = $100/month
At Indus Preschool, we understand the importance of flexibility. Therefore, we offer convenient payment options, allowing you to choose between month-to-month or lump-sum payments. Join us on this educational journey where affordability and excellence go hand in hand!
*Due to our preschool being located within the Bill Heron Rec Centre, we require all families to have a BVAS family membership at an annual cost of $50 per family. With this membership, your child can enjoy skating during preschool class hours two weeks of the year. Your family can also come during public skating times for no additional cost to you; they also offer pickleball throughout the week and a fantastic Christmas dinner every year, to name a few benefits of this membership. Our families paying BVAS fees also helps keep our preschool fees low for everyone.
Do you already have a BVAS membership? No problem! Once we receive proof of an annual membership renewal (after September 1st of the current year), we will reimburse you the $50!
*Our registration fee is a non-refundable $65 registration fee at Indus Preschool. Because a board of volunteers runs us, this fee directly pays for your child's "school supplies" - items such as crayons, pencils, personal playdough, glue sticks, etc., and shared classroom supplies (paints, paper, in-class activities, etc.)
Established in 1995, the Indus Preschool has been a cornerstone of our thriving community. Catering to three and four-year-olds in Rocky View County, with a significant enrolment from Calgary, Langdon, and Indus, our school is dedicated to providing a vibrant early learning environment.
